My app will not produce any sound. Exchanged multiple emails with tech support by all they could do was try to blame my iPad or my stupidity about the unit and my inability to turn the sound on or off. I attempted to re-down load the app to no avail. I love the app and use it so much that I am willing to buy it again just to get one that works. But, I cant even get that to happen. They dont seem to want to deal in reality that something is wrong with the app and just want to blame the user. I really want it fixed. AAAAhhhhhghgghghghghggg!!!!!
